  • The conference will be held in-person.

    Registration fee for the in-person conference includes:
     
    • Admission to the all sessions and short courses
    • Conference materials
    • All catered coffee breaks and lunches
    • Social events: Welcome reception, Cocktail reception, Gala dinner (extra charge for accompanying guests
    All prices are VAT included
     
    The principal author is expected to present the work in-person during the conference.
    If you are a co-author of multiple accepted articles, please make sure that at least one different author is registered for each article.
     
    A student rate will be available upon presentation of proof of student status.
    Nevertheless, if a student attends the conference alone to present a paper, he must register by paying the standard registration fee.

    If you choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.   

    Bank transfer
    To the bank account of Insight Outside at Crédit Coopératif, France.
    Bank account details available at confirmation step.
    All bank charges for the registrants account.
    If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. 
    Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 15 September 2027. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. 

    PLEASE NOTE: All bank charges should be covered by participants.

    All cancellations must be made in writing to contact@esref2027.org

    Cancellations received on or before 15 September, 2027 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 50% of the total registration fee.
    Cancellations received on or after 16 September, 2027 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total registration fee.
    Registration fees will be definitely acquired by CNES.

    Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.

    Lunches: selected caterer for special diet requirements.
